What the Antminer S19 XP is – and why it is hard to find
The S19 XP was the efficiency flagship of the S19 generation: Bitmain fitted it with more, better-binned chips than the S19 Pro and reached about 21.5 J/TH on air cooling, where the S19j Pro needs 29.5 J/TH and the S19k Pro 23 J/TH. Production was limited, which is why the air-cooled XP rarely shows up on the used market at sensible prices and why we do not list it.
Bitmain also built the same chip generation into water-cooled units: the S19eXP Hydro and S19XP+ Hydro. These push 230 TH/s and 293 TH/s through one chassis at 23 J/TH and 19 J/TH, because water carries heat away far better than fans. They are the S19 XP you can actually order today – new, boxed, 10–14 days from our HK warehouse from our HK warehouse – provided you have or build a water loop with a cooler such as our 12 kW water cooler.

Antminer S19 XP Hydro electricity cost per day and month
Electricity is the only running cost you can pin down before buying. The S19eXP Hydro 230T draws 3500W, i.e. about 84 kWh per day in continuous operation. The formula is simple: watts × 24 h ÷ 1,000 × your price per kWh. The table shows the result for three typical tariffs.
Cost only, incl. VAT on the tariff. Mining revenue changes daily with Bitcoin price and network difficulty, so we do not publish fixed profit figures.

A 6 J/TH difference sounds abstract but shows up on the bill: at 100 TH/s continuous it is about 0.6 kW, roughly 14 kWh per day or 430 kWh per month – €86 a month at 20 ct/kWh for the same hashrate. If you want to stay on the S19 platform for spare-part or rack reasons, the hydro S19 XP variants are the efficient option; otherwise the S21 is the better buy on a paid tariff.
How long does delivery of the S19 XP Hydro take?
The hydro models are shipped from our HK warehouse – 10–14 days from our HK warehouse after payment. We handle import and customs; the price includes 19% VAT. You will also need a water loop with a cooler, for example our 12 kW water cooler.
Does the S19 XP make sense with high electricity prices?
Only with cheap or surplus power. Even at 21.5 J/TH a 3 kW-class miner uses about 72 kWh per day; at 30 ct/kWh that is over €21 a day before any revenue. Revenue depends on Bitcoin price and difficulty, so run your own numbers in our Bitcoin mining calculator and compare with the S21 generation.
