FAQ Bitcoin Mining & Buy ASIC Miners

FAQ: Buy ASIC miners, shipping, statutory warranty, PV mining, electricity costs – all answers about Bitcoin mining hardware in Germany, Austria & Switzerland

Common questions before buying

  • How fast is delivery? Stocked units leave our warehouse in Bavaria within 2–4 business days; different lead times are stated per item.
  • Are there customs fees? No. The hardware is already imported into Germany and you receive an invoice showing VAT.
  • Is there a warranty? New miners are covered by statutory warranty; used units are tested and shipped with a logged hashrate.
  • Can businesses buy net? Yes. With a valid EU VAT ID we invoice at 0 % under reverse charge.
  • How loud is a miner? Air-cooled units run at 70–75 dB. For living spaces, Bitcoin heaters such as the Avalon Q are suitable.
  • What power connection do I need? Usually 230 V on a dedicated, properly fused circuit; units above 3.5 kW need an adequately rated feed.

Questions about operation

A miner needs a wired LAN connection, a pool account and a wallet address. Setup takes a few minutes through the web interface, and on request we configure the unit before shipping. For continuous operation the key points are dust-free intake air, unobstructed exhaust and cleaning every six months.

For alternative firmware such as Braiins OS please read our separate notice — changing firmware can affect any warranty claims you may have against the manufacturer and is done at your own risk.

Shipping, warehouse and delivery time

Stocked units ship within 2–4 business days from our warehouse in Bavaria, Germany. Because the hardware is already imported and cleared inside the EU, there is no import VAT, no customs paperwork and no waiting for air freight from Asia. Models sourced directly from the factory show their own delivery time on the product page.

We ship insured to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of the EU. Orders above 1,000 € ship free within Germany, and express shipping is available for stocked units.

Payment, invoice and warranty

You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or cryptocurrency. Every order comes with a proper invoice showing VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced at 0 % under the reverse-charge scheme, and we can switch your session to B2B mode with net prices.

New and used miners are covered by statutory warranty under EU law. Used units are tested, cleaned and shipped with a logged hashrate; the exact scope is stated on each product page.
