What to consider when switching
All S19 models share form factor, mounting logic and firmware ecosystem, so moving within the series is straightforward and spare parts are widely available. Hydro models, however, add a complete water loop with a cooler — a different project from setting up an air-cooled unit.

Shipping, warehouse and delivery time
Stocked units ship within 2–4 business days from our warehouse in Bavaria, Germany. Because the hardware is already imported and cleared inside the EU, there is no import VAT, no customs paperwork and no waiting for air freight from Asia. Models sourced directly from the factory show their own delivery time on the product page.
We ship insured to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of the EU. Orders above 1,000 € ship free within Germany, and express shipping is available for stocked units.
Payment, invoice and warranty
